Hi, my name is Lucas!
I'm a research assistant and PhD student at the Department of Psychology at the University of Innsbruck, Austria. My Phd project focuses on self-actualization and authenticity in occupational settings—a topic that I explore empirically via quantitative and qualitative data. I am particularly interested in work-related predictors and outcomes of self-actualization and am currently working on a more modern conceptualization of self-actualization that can be applied to the workplace.
I am a strong proponent of open and collaborative science. Next to applied psychology I very much interested in research methods. In my free time I like to tinker with hardware, software, and coding; I like to ride my bike and play the piano.
